“A small but nice coffee chain, expensive but no more so than any good coffee joint these days. This place was already better than Starbucks, but they went over the top for me today. There was a storm, it knocked out power, caused damage, rough/annoying muggy day. All I wanted was a good coffee. This Scooters had their POS system get wiped by the store. They did end up closing but rather than just turning people away immediately they took care of people for a while. I put my order in like normal not even realizing there was a problem, roll up to the window and get told they can't accept payment my order was on the house. It was just a nice surprise to have them do that after a half a dozen other visits and issues at other places. I appreciated it and this location.“
