The staff was super friendly and very polite
normally I receive at least ok service when I visit the sturtevant location. today, my coffee is terrible. it is so terrible, i have been trying to drink it for the last 4 hours and still have not finished half. terrible coffee today. service has been bad in the past but today it was the product. i believe maybe it was a new employee but he was not trained. both mine and my husband's coffees are terrible.
Always takes forever! Only one person working tried it 3 times and last time they were out of both of our orders, then when we did order- our donuts we’re stale!
