“Dumplings were cold with no dipping sauce, rice on the sushi was hard. Came during lunch time so no excuse for cold or old food to be out. Overwhelming amount of American fried food/meatloaf/pizza compared to what they used to have. Radio was playing a Christian preaching station telling me about god over and over again. I’m Christian but don’t want that at a restaurant. I left feeling nauseous and not fulfilled. Staff was friendly though. Don’t think I’ll be returning to my old favorite place any time soon.“

“Good variety of great food (including fresh salad bar, nice selection of pizzas, chicken and other side dishes available, desserts, etc.), but I recommend checking open hours before paying dinner buffet prices to ensure a full, relaxed dining experience. We hadn't been to a Pizza Ranch in awhile but decided to splurge to commemorate a special event on a Tuesday (3/19/24), never expecting a restaurant open for dinner would close at 7 pm (and we didn't look up hours in advance).First, there were no prices on the chalkboard when we arrived, listing only children's prices (which we thought was odd). Then, we paid for two buffets at 6:26 pm (and included a staff tip) without any employee noting the soon-to-be closing time, but an employee stopped by before we sat down in a booth to tell us that the restaurant closed at 7 pm. -- we told both her and the cashier that for the dinner buffet price we were charged, we might have decided not to eat there that night knowing that we only had a half-hour to eat (when I'm guessing the average guest stays at least an hour). Both staff apologized and one noted the hours posted (on a small sign) on one entrance door, but we were offered nothing else (no full or partial refund, etc.). We felt rushed and didn't enjoy the dining experience as we hoped -- I only had time for one trip to the salad bar and pizza selection, and I didn't get to try any other food options or dessert.(Photos were edited to remove identifying information. We provided this feedback on the receipt's restaurant survey but we didn't get any response, so I'm posting here, to benefit others.)“
