I stopped in to use a gift card and shelter myself from the storm. Cayden was nice, respectful, and fast. I ordered dine-in and the presentation was awesome. He brought the food right to my table after saying they'd just call out my order number to pick up. They even loaded my shake up! Awesome! I love Cousins and this was a good experience
This place has gotten so much better since they opened. Seems new manager (Jose?) has really helped with quality and speed of service. Worth a revisit of you previously had poor service at this same location.
I have been to the new Sun Prairie location a few times. Subs are good. Had a little language barrier issue the last time I was there. Manager recognized it and handled the previous customers order and our order. Other person may have been a trainee?
