Gus's Diner brings in crowds for breakfast and lunch because the food is great and service is fast. Waitstaff almost run to keep up with filled tables. Nora was wonderful. Harried and hurried, she maintained a smile and responded quickly to every request. We drove an hour plus from home and can't wait to go back!

Stumbled across this diner during a long drive, looked cute, retro 50s was clean(as was bathroom) breakfast was reasonably priced, food was above average and their hot sauce is amazing. Coffee was just OK. Server wasn't the most personable but could have been worse. Great visit overall.

Went for lunch Place was crowded at 11:00 always a good sign. But thankfully we were seated right away. Wait staff was friendly and polite. 2 of us had soup and salad bar Salad bar is well stocked for such a small place soup needed a little more flavor. Could have used a few more spices but otherwise it was ok. Floor near where we sat had food that needed cleaning up and a waitress just threw a sugar packet wrapper on the floor after she used it.
