Greeted good and online food was ready when I got there. I drove home, started eating, and half way through found a foot long hair. It was on online order so nothing was done about it.

Great place for Macaroni lovers.
Presentation was good cast iron was hot, Jalapenos popper was excited never ate here. Food was cold and below sub par, zero flavor soggy cheesey cold mess. Got a refund after 4 bites of this utter trash.
Really good!!! I'm in town on business and have never been to Madison Wisconsin. This place was great. The Mac is SO GOOD, and definitely will be back here again before I leave.

As a Door Dasher, the workers at MACS were amazing to us after we arrived late due to shopping orders ahead of MACS. They gladly remade the order, made new sodas, and gave the old sodas to us while we waited. A very cool customer service experience!
