The manager, Armani, went above and beyond to make sure customers had a great experience. During a visit, someone in line accidentally took a pizza. The team was kind and understanding about the situation. Armani personally followed up to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Great service at MOD Pizza Sun Prairie this Thursday evening! Only two staff were working, but they were so kind, friendly, and made the visit really pleasant. Big thanks to them for going above and beyond.
