50/50 experience: Brisket and chicken thighs were solid performers! The brisket shined, some of the best I've ever had. Boneless thighs were also great and the perfect sauce dipping vessel. Super tender cuts of meat & Great seasoning and great flavored sauces. My favorite was the moonlight & SAP.

We hired primal cue for a pig roast luau party at our assisted living facility and Andrew did such an incredible job demonstrating the roast and the roast was delicious! He had to start roasting in the middle of the night for the roast to be ready for our meal! absolutely incredible highly recommend!
