I was very excited to take my family out to eat but the cost was as much as a sit down restaurant. We asked for burgers with only ketchup and did not get only ketchup on any of them. Just was a little disappointed by our experience
Tried the smash burgers. very good, would not expect this kind of flavor from a fast food restaurant chain. Ordering from inside the restaurant is less than ideal. We waited and waited for anyone to just come up to the counter and take our order! Not sure if this is the norm or just a employee shortage?
The service was super slow, we ate in. The girl struggled to take our order, wasn't sure what was on the sandwich we wanted. We weren't provided any napkins and our burgers were super greasy. It tasted great, just super greasy.
