Tried the smash burgers. very good, would not expect this kind of flavor from a fast food restaurant chain. Ordering from inside the restaurant is less than ideal. We waited and waited for anyone to just come up to the counter and take our order! Not sure if this is the norm or just a employee shortage?
The service was super slow, we ate in. The girl struggled to take our order, wasn't sure what was on the sandwich we wanted. We weren't provided any napkins and our burgers were super greasy. It tasted great, just super greasy.
Longer than usual wait every time I go through the drive through. Waited at the window over 5 minutes before receiving my food. Staff seemed like it was an inconvenience to both take an order as well as payment or provide the food.
