Slow. It seems like most SB I've visited lately are extremely slow, yet they push for a tip. Plus, they got my order wrong.

I’ve never visited this location before but today me and my friend came to get some drinks. I loved the atmosphere and decorations. When we went to order though the worker taking our order seemed kind of bored and didn’t make eye contact or an effort to greet us. When we got our drinks my friends cup was filled to the brim with ice and while I asked for light ice, it was still halfway full of ice. My friend finished her drink in like three sips. When I took a sip my throat started to itch which is weird because I have no allergies whatsoever. When I texted my friend she said she felt the same way and she also has no allergies. My throat is still itching even after finishing my drink and chugging warm water. I’m disappointed because I usually love Starbucks and my usual order never gives me this sort of reaction.

I rarely write reviews. This morning I had a wonderful experience at this location. I ordered incorrectly and was even politely asked to confirm my order in the drive through and did so. I still had some brain fog from waking up and didn’t realize to I got to the window that it was incorrect and completely my mistake. After I had already paid, Bella and the two others, a gentleman and lady, quickly and more than politely corrected my order and even gave it me on the house despite the fact it was completely MY error. Everyone working this morning had a wonderful attitude and were polite and professional. I will certainly be stopping back here next time I need my morning cappuccino.

Mediocre drink, it didn't taste or look like they added the espresso I asked for in my chai.
Service was slow, over 10min in the drive thru with one car in front of me. Was not greeted with a smile or thank you.

Got the egg bites, and 2 different egg sandwiches. They were all over 5 dollars each and could have been 5 dollars total for the amount of food you get. The coffees were fine. But I will never make the mistake of getting food here. Literally one of the egg sandwiches was a 2 bite slider.
