I ran by after a movie today at 5:45 (it's a Sunday) and the place was closed. If you check their hours, their supposed to be open. Seriously, if your going to be closed, update your hours.

I like this Starbucks for their food and drinks, and it’s also close to my house. But the service can be good or miss. Some days they talk to me nicely and smile, and other days they’re rude and treat you like you’re nothing. Maybe people just have bad mornings, and I usually don’t pay attention to it. But there was one time when a girl there—I think she was Mexican—was extremely rude to me and literally tossed the food into my car. That was very disrespectful, but thankfully I haven’t seen her again.
The drive-thru can be very slow or sometimes fast. Mostly, you need to wait from 2 to 10 minutes to get your order.
I also noticed that when I’m with my husband and he’s the one ordering, we always get a proper food bag, napkins, and they offer straws. But when I’m alone, they don’t give me any napkins or straws — they just hand me the food in some little bag and that’s it.

I was drinking my sugar cookie latte, and all of a sudden in my straw I just got this thing in my throat. I start coughing and it was a coffee bean and the drink was really good but the coffee bean not so much. I’d really like a refund.

There were 6 employees behind counter and 2 people waiting for drinks but lots of drinks being made for online orders. When we ordered we were told it would be at least a 30 min wait for our drinks. It’s absolutely ridiculous as a company they prioritize online orders over customer in store. If you can provide timely service to everyone you should limit online orders.
Good Starbucks but their drive thru line is usually pretty long, however it goes pretty quick. Nothing else to say it’s a pretty basic location. They open pretty early so that’s nice.

When I asked about it they said sorry we was doing change over but I would like to know how y’all doing change over but the other 4ppl received there stuff? I will never go back to that store!!!!
