My girlfriend and I love going here! The place is clean, everyone is always so nice and very fast!! Great spot to go in for late night ice cream!! Also the cakes there are sooo good!
The one in Green Bay was GREAT! This one in Superior? AWFUL! The staff girl was slow, like she didn't even want to be there. Other staff hid in the back room making sandwiches. All donuts ( it's also a Dunkin!) were sold out, and she didn't understand our directions on the ice cream! I was so excited to see both these businesses , herein WI. But I doubt I will be back there!
All I can say is WOW!! Everyone working was very efficient and beyond nice. They took their time explaining things when my friends and I had questions. I forgot to add whip cream on my shake and they were understanding and made sure to add some on when I asked! 10/10 will come again!!
