Their emoloyees are top notch at customer service - if you have a choice which Dunkin to go to in the area - go to this one. I came in here twice while on vacation and both times I had an above and beyond experience. The store was clean and organized, service was really fast, food and coffee were perfect. However, the most noticeable thing to me was 1. How kind and knowledgeable the staff was and 2. How well everyone got on and how efficiently the team worked. We've only gotten donuts here, but the staff was very busy when we visited. There seemed to be only one person taking orders, making orders, and delivering orders. It was very early in the morning and more staff was walking on the door. Despite the stress he was very kind.
