The new toasted subs were great, something they should've been doing for a long time. My only complaint is the speed. Typically JJ's is known for their speed, but this was the longest I've ever waited. Put in an order on the app, got there 11m after email confirmation, waited 9m for my 3 subs to be completed with 4 workers there and only 1 other customer who was already eating. Good sandwiches. My only issue is when I've asked to sub in a different meat. One sandwich had a ham product and I wanted turkey or chicken instead. The responses that I got were, "I don't think so," and , "that's going to be tough, and a big upcharge."
Awesome food and SUPER Friendly, PERSONABLE AND VERY relaxed employees! Honestly one of the best locations I’ve ever been too!! Super clean and inviting environment as well! Way to go Superior JJ’S!!! :-)
