I want to be abundantly clear that their food is good, a good chuck of their staff is very kind.
However, I do want to be empathetic towards staff because rushes can and will inevitably happen, but if I’m as a customer am asking questions about what you have on your menu and the response is “I don’t have time to be on the phone due to me being busy.” Whilst directing me to the online menu.

The breakfast crispies, scone, and cold brew were AMAZING! The crispy one I got was the sausage and I want to go back for the rest. Probably the best to go breakfast I have had in a long time. Super kind and quick service as well. Highly recommend.
Stopped in with a group of six for breakfast. Over thirty minutes after order placement, only five out of six orders arrived. Waitress apologized, went back to kitchen came back about five minutes later with eggs over easy(not the omelet that was ordered).
Decided not to make remainder of group wait longer, so said cancel the missing order. She apologized and said she would take the missing order off the bill!!!

Based on the reviews, KD's & Cold Brew is an awesome place to eat with great food, drinks, and very friendly staff. The waitress was detail oriented and put extra effort into ensuring guests were taken care of. The food was good, with excellent eggs Benedict, a best burger, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, steak, and a Mexican breakfast that was really cool. The cold brews were pretty sweet, but half flavor was the perfect amount. The atmosphere is nice, though the restaurant is very busy, so getting there earlier is recommended. Seating next to the door can be a bit chilly due to wind. The customer service was excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.
