This is a classic old school Midwest diner. Often overlooked when visiting the area, The Kitchen Serves basic breakfast fare done right. Don’t expect anything too crazy on the menu, but do expect a filling and affordable meal. Best price for breakfast in the area, and MAKE SURE TO BRING CASH!
America! The service was fast, friendly, and outstanding. The food was perfectly prepared and the price was spot on. The atmosphere was good old fashioned diner and occupied by a bunch of God-fearing patriotic American veterans and senior citizens. This place earns every 5 star review. Too bad that I live a thousand miles away.
I like it, not fancy but good food. The Kitchen has a good following. It was full this morning so I sat at the counter which has about 10 stools. Enjoyed my breakfast of eggs and corned beef hash, toast and coffee for under $8.
