This place looks amazing and the atmosphere is splendid! The service was ok. The fries were DELICIOUS. They might be my favorite fast food fries ever. However… I ordered the mac and cheese thinking it would be an actual Mac and cheese, not the radioactive powdered cheese kind. It’s literally just Kraft Mac and cheese, I’m not even exaggerating or trying to be too critical. I never liked Kraft Mac and cheese, I prefer the real thing. I understand that it’s for the kids meal, but up-charging Mac and cheese that I could have made myself for about $1 is crazy. It was $6.99 for a Kraft Mac and cheese and some fries. I’ve never been to a big boys where they clearly used a box Mac and cheese. It was not good, and even the fries being delicious it didn’t make up for paying $6.99 for a kraft Mac and cheese. You can clearly see that in the photo I wasn’t lying, and it was served with a plastic fork?

Let's get one thing clear first, the burgers here are so good, the service is always quick and very friendly. My husband and I order take out very often and the last few times the burgers have been pretty raw in the middle. Now I love a good pink center but only in my steaks, not my burgers. I'm thankfully smart enough to just throw the patty in a pan and cook it all the way through. So maybe moving forward ask customers their preferred preference on temperature or make sure burgers are well done. There's some rude and picky people out there waiting to dive down people's throats for having undercooked food and to be thrown a freebie. I guess I could've mentioned to make sure my order was well done but I haven't had a problem with it until today and then my husband mentioned something about it too, (he'll order from here on break at work. So he unfortunately cannot cook it more)just something to keep in mind!Thank you so much for the excellent guest aervice and great tasting food!I attached a photo as well to show that it's pretty raw.

Tried Big Boys Wisconsin out today and I was very disappointed. The fries were great but when I took a bite out of my burger the whole inside was a lil too red for my liking! I bought this on my lunch break at work so I couldn’t leave work to bring it back so I just threw it in the garbage. 12 dollars wasted.

Service was excellent from taking our order, to cleaning the tables and checking in on us. Big Boy burgers were fresh, good value. Atmosphere was clean and reminded us of the original Big Boy. Highly recommend.

Good burger, not $15 worth but still decent. Don't think they'll last. No atmosphere at all. Counter person seemed annoyed they had a job to do. Getting to be the norm at many places, oh and no strawberry
Ordered online. Messed up the order - one burger asked for no lettuce. Nobody got lettuce. Ordered a bottle of sauce which we never got. Need to work on your system flow to make sure orders are correct and done in a timely matter. Food was okay- but with all the mistakes not worth it. Trying to find a reason to go back…..

Immediately greeted when we arrived. Hostess was pleasant and friendly. Reasonable prices. Burgers and fries were awesome - classic sauce made it even better. Definitely on our regular place to dine.
