Absolutely just a ridiculous location. Figured I’d save some money ordering directly instead of through an app and that was not a good idea. First delivery driver I have ever had to show up with absolutely no money for change and speak no English at all.

The manager was rude as I had coupons and they told me to bring them in since ordering online wasn’t deducting from the total. He said you have to apply that online. I said it wouldn’t work and I called and this is what they told me to do. He was rude about it and said I’m not in Louisville Kentucky! Have no idea what he was talking about as I’m not in Louisville either and I had no idea I was calling the call center. I called the number on my flyer which was local!! Had an appointment and called it in at 1:30 and said I would pick it up at 4:45. Literally they made my pizza and it had been sitting for three hours, and they proceeded not to tell me! Cold pizza, and a rude manager, will not be back!

Outstanding pizza! Excellent customer service.I have not ordered fast food pizza for many years. My husband was craving PJ’s so we gave it a chance. I LOVE that their website explains how to order a vegan pizza. ❤️ I love how close this is compared to Waukesha. A quick drive, easy to order online and pickup is right on time.My pizza was cooked perfectly. Fresh ingredients and crust was just right. Very rare.My husband enjoyed his pizza as well (pep and sausage) with cheese.We will be back.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Ordered for delivery and received a different person's order. Called to see if they can replace it with what we ordered because no one was going to eat what we received but the manager said it was going to be another 45min to 60min. As a previous restaurant manager, I would have prioritized the error to get it out sooner, but whatever. We just got a refund and picked up something different.
