The worst service you'll receive at a fast food joint. Manager must hate his job because he is consistently miserable. Barely acknowledges customers outside of ringing the cash register. Don't worry, you'll get exactly one napkin as he can't afford to provide anything but the bare minimum.

I've been frequenting this location since I've moved to the area and I can say I've always had a positive experience. The employees are incredibly friendly and always have my order fresh and correct. If you're in Sussex/Lannon looking for a quick sub this is a good spot to scratch that itch.

The man that works here is so rude. He just told me at 7:43 - you know I’m closed. As he is finishing my sub. I ask when they close and he says 8:00. Folks all over town talk about how rude he is. I try to defend this store but he needs some serious training. If business is down it’s because everyone says go to any other subway. I keep trying this one but it’s always the same. Food tastes fine, staff is just completely rude.

This subway is the worst subway ever to go to. Every time I’ve placed an online order it’s messed up. They don’t offer discounts. They have argued with us over paying extra for a bottled soda when we have paid online already. Today I placed an online order for a tuna sub and after I picked it up and went back to work there was NO TUNA ON IT. Absolutely worst subway by far.

i ordered food for my boyfriend and i… the manager was super rude to me. the manager argued with my boyfriend because he’s allergic to nuts and was asking about the ingredients. he continued to argue and then as we were leaving was flipping us off.
