The kid is nice, but dad is always watching him. He's a cheapskate and will make sure the kid puts as little on a sandwich as possible. He's also not the friendliest of people.

The worst service you'll receive at a fast food joint. Manager must hate his job because he is consistently miserable. Barely acknowledges customers outside of ringing the cash register. Don't worry, you'll get exactly one napkin as he can't afford to provide anything but the bare minimum.

Whoever says the service is bad and the food is subpar doesn't know what they're talking about. I've been frequenting this location since I've moved to the area and I can say I've always had a positive experience. The employees are incredibly friendly and always have my order fresh and correct. If you're in Sussex/Lannon looking for a quick sub this is a good spot to scratch that itch.

The man that works here is so rude. He just told me at 7:43 - you know I’m closed. As he is finishing my sub. I ask when they close and he says 8:00. Folks all over town talk about how rude he is. I try to defend this store but he needs some serious training. If business is down it’s because everyone says go to any other subway. I keep trying this one but it’s always the same. Food tastes fine, staff is just completely rude.
