How Nice to Find Such a Hardworking Young Man !!! All the Staff , Top Shelf !.!.!.! Since We've Found Them ! No Reason to Try Anyplace Else !!

The food there is great, the atmosphere not so much. It's a bar, you can't expect a lot. But it was very old and dingy inside. You don't go there for ambiance, you go there for the food!

We where there around 7 pm and most of the tables were not cleaned off. The bb haddock was very good, the walleye was ok. The coleslaw was warm, but tasted good. Otherwise, it was a warm family place. Plenty of parking, and the staff was pleasant.

I ordered food from Sussex Inn through Grubhub and the restaurant accepted my order. The time went from 6:00 delivery to 6:30 and finally 7:00. In the meantime, the Grubhub driver arrived at the restaurant at 6:00 based on the tracking system from Grubhub. It appeared that the driver was still there so I called the restaurant. I was told very rudely that the restaurant doesn’t work with Grubhub, Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc. I was told that the restaurant was making my order and when I questioned it more, they hung up. I called back again and they hung up on me again. It was my first time ever ordering from this place and it’s my last.

Went for a fish fry 10/29/21 hoping it would be s good as it used to be. Unfortunately when we walked in the hostess told us to set wherever,( they were not busy), so we sat at a booth. The waiter did not acknowledge that we were there,(he saw us walk in), we waited 30 minutes still without any acknowledgement so we left. The people behind us also left, but at least they got a drink but never got there food order taken (45 minutes later). Too bad because they used to have one of the best shrimp and fish fry.

Absolutely wonderful homade entrees. Lasagna special was delectable. Salad was divine (tossed in olive oil..FRESH RIPE tomatoes) ...garlic bread better than Mias!! Chef Foti does it right!! Delicioso!!!
Don’t let the lack of ambience deter you. Best thin crust pizza in the Waukesha County area, and the haddock fish fry is excellent Hearty portions! Dave, the owner, is a good guy too
