My husband and I used to come here years ago when it was M&Ms. We were in town, so we stopped and realized it had changed but tried it anyway. The service and atmosphere were good but the food, not so much. I had an omelet and he had a skillet. We couldn't put our finger on what was wrong with the flavors, but it was off. Maybe in the future, I would give it a 2nd chance and would change my review if it applies.
Great diner style restaurant! Burger special with ice cream sundae was a steal. Owner and bar keep was lovely to chat with, loved the assortment of Wisconsin bourbons! Will definitely be back to support this veteran-owned business.
I went here for breakfast, and asked for the eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce was absolutely awful. It looked like something puked on the top of my poached eggs. And had no flavor. The hashbrowns were mushy. The poached eggs were cooked nicely however, and the bacon i got as a side was good. I will not be ordering this here again. Sticking to basic eggs and bacon for the next time.
