Food and staff are fine kinda just more laid back which isnt a bad thing overall a good time. The air can use some help as there's barely any circulation in the building by bowling. (Feels like a locker room over there) but great place to stop and enjoy your night besides that.
This bar is a riot! Great food, good music, amazing bartenders!! You might come for the food, but you absolutely stay for the staff!! Courtney and Lexi are attentive, energetic, and the reason I spent hours here yappin’ away! Definitely made me a wannabe regular :)
I have always had a great experience. They host outdoor events with live music
Awesome place with great bands, food, drinks & service! Must try!
Great mozzarella sticks! Nachos were huge!
Slow service, but we were there with a group. Paid for 2.5 hours of bowling and got to play less than 45 min; because of food delay, had to wait for pin-setters, then pin-setters mysteriously disappeared (later found out it was the end of their shift and no one told us as we stood there waiting for pins to be set up), then the new pin-setters were good, but told us our time was up (about 30 minutes early) because apparently they didn't have the right schedule.
Overall, the food was good and the bowling was fun. Just disappointed it took an hour to even place our food order and we paid for approx 2 extra hours of bowling, for 3 lanes, that we didn't get to use, and one lane didn't even get a full game in.
Had a check for two people $28.84. The tip was automatically added into the total of $5.77 which is way more than I was going to leave. I don’t think 15% is too cheap. You have to be phenomenal for me to leave that much. I should be able to leave the tip I choose to leave. And assuming I’m using a credit card, which I paid cash, to get that fee is presumptuous on their part. Nothing was spectacular, neither the food or service so I don’t appreciate that when I go out to eat.

We held an event at The Thirsty Duck earlier this year and the event planning staff was wonderful to work with! They made everything incredibly easy, from menu planning to working with us to the set-up of the basement area where the event was held. Everything went smoothly leading up to the event and it was well-executed. I would recommend reaching out to them if you are looking for a space to hold a large group.

Lower level is perfect for a party! We hosted a Cast/Crew/Pit Party for Hamilton High School's 2024 spring musical for approximately 50 students - and everyone loved it! Pizza buffet was great, bartender was awesome, the lower level space was exactly what we needed, and the accommodating staff made it an excellent event. Jessica was easy to work with and flexible to our needs. We will be returning!

Went for the first time attending their annual car show and was very happy with the food , drinks and service. The bartenders were happy and attentive when we would come in for a refill. I will be back for sure

We have been here several times for Trivia Night and overall it's been pleasant. Last night was going fine until I got my bill and now I question whether I want to return. I ordered a glass of Buffalo Trace, neat. When we got the bill at the end of our stay I noticed that not only was I charged for the drink but also and extra $5 for a neat pour. While discussing this with my waitress, another member of our party also noticed he was charged an extra $2.50 for a neat pour of Southern Comfort. I went to the bar and asked for an explanation for the extra charge and was greeted back with "that's just how we ring it up." I asked again for them to explain why 1 oz. of liquor costs $5 more for a neat pour and was given the same answer. I tried to explain that 1oz. of liquor is 1 oz. of liquor whether it is neat or on the rocks and was again greeted with the same robotic response. I was asked "what can I do to make this right," and my response was simple. Stop overcharging your customers for booze. This was no special order. This was a simple order of a 1 oz. pour of bourbon and you are ripping off your customers. Something else I did not realize until just now as I'm writing this and looking at the attached receipt. I was charged for a credit card surcharge and I paid CASH. Strike two! Your bar staff was rude and could not give me a straight answer to a very simple question. In conclusion I would caution anyone that patronizes this or any other ZRG group restaurants to look over your receipt very carefully. But be prepared to be stonewalled at the bar should you register a complaint. It is my hope now that this review reaches the highest level of management for ZRG restaurants. I don't want a refund, and I sure as heck don't want any gift card. I would like you to stop overcharging customers with b.s. fees, stop adding surcharges for a cash buy and train your bar and management staff some common courtesy to a customer that had a legitimate complaint.
Response to your response. If the explanation was that simple, then I should have been told that when I asked the question three times rather than being told, "that's just how we charged it." I didn't ask for a 2 oz. pour I asked for a pour neat. If that is 2 oz., then fine, but I was not informed of that. Had the bartenders answered the question, I would have likely been satisfied. However, that is not what happened. If you are going to charge more for a pour of alcohol, then tell me what you are charging me for rather than stonewalling me at the time. How about some common courtesy from your rude bartenders that stonewalled my question three times?
Regardless of your "explanation" of the charges, the result is the same. Your bartenders are rude and considering some of the past reviews of this place, it seems to be a common thread. And if you are going to credit the cc fee, why have it on there in the first place? You are just inviting an argument when someone pays cash.

Celebrated a special sweet 16 birthday yesterday in the party room and had a 10 of 10 experience. Service was excellant thank you Jessica! Our guests played pool, darts, bags and did some duck pin bowling. We were able to watch the Brewer's game and have our own music playlists. The pizza, cheese curds, nachos, pretzel, and fruit tray were on point. We will be using this space again for our next family event! Thanks to Kelly and the entire Thirsty Duck team for a great, worry free, wonderful family time! Carlos and Catherine.
