Pi Pizza Co. is a great little pizza place with friendly staff. Customers ordered online, which was super easy, and the 3 ladies were very friendly and cooked food perfectly. The pizza has a nice light and crispy crust with quality toppings, including dairy free cheese options. Monthly specials offer one off creative toppings. The baked chicken wings and baked wings are juicy and huge, the best in a long time, and the meatballs are so tasty. Sandwiches are also available. The crust on a large 3 topping (pepperoni, bacon, green olives) was soft on top under the toppings and crisp on the bottom, done in about 20 minutes. The setup involves ordering on one side and picking up at a window outside, which was a little confusing, but staff were top notch in responsiveness, even when the internet went down.
