We had hoped to get sandwiches to go, but realized it was too late to do so and we decided to get a snack instead. The young woman working offered to make us sandwiches and was so accommodating. “First time we went to Champs i ordered the Hole In One (chicken cordon bleu on texas toast) and I was hooked. Everytime we went back i ordered the same thing and it was great every time. Last night I decided to try something new. I got the boneless wings with the dill pickle rub. AMAZING!! I think i found a new favorite. Our young lady that served us was exceptional. I have to say, we have NEVER had bad food or service there. Keep up the great work Champs!!”

I'd like to give a special shout out to Jamison, that young man is absolutely incredible. He possesses excellent leadership skills, takes charge and is incredibly kind. He is prompt and thorough. “We stopped at this atmospheric restaurant for lunch while traveling through town after a trip to Door County. Nice rustic ship decor, wonderful service, and delicious food! The ship theme is creatively woven into every aspect of this restaurant, from the wall hangings to the menu food titles such as Captain's Special, First Mate's Meal, Deckhand's Choice, and The Land Ho! It was obvious that locals eat here regularly. We will stop again when traveling through!”

“Someone ate there late at night and said things were bad. I ate there mid-day and the food was good but the service was questionable. Our server said she was the only regular employee working. Tough for restaurants all over and this place changes managers frequently.”
