First of all the food and the waitresses are great......we are here right now for dinner and the music is so loud we can't even talk to each other. This is the second time this happened. They always have young bartenders and they like to crank the music
The people around us are also complaining. one woman went outside until her food comes. We asked them to turn it down and they finally did after another 20 minutes.
It's a shame.
We won't be back.
While we’ve been to Billy Bob’s many times (and loved their food — especially their burgers and FRIES are phenomenal!!) we were particularly blown away by one server’s exceptional service last night … her name is Cat 👏👏👏 Not only was she beyond accommodating, letting us change from an outside table to inside as it was cooling off, but we noted EACH TIME she checked on us — our food, etc. — it was HER thanking US. 😳 I was particularly proud — though...read full review
We stopped on our way north for a Friday Fish Fry. It was busy but we got an empty table. The service was prompt, efficient, & friendly. Nice choices of fish & the three of us each had something different. We were all pleased with our meals and the prices were very reasonable! We’ll be back!
