What a Gem! My wife and father came into town for an Army graduation ceremony and surprised me by taking me to this little family-owned and operated winery. My hubby, 2.75 year old daughter, 15 year old pup and I visited Elmaro Vineyard whilst on a weekend trip to beautiful Winona. Wow, it was fantastic! Beautiful views of the bluffs, and the service was so friendly. We loved the sweet wine flight, and surprisingly our favorite was the Frontenac Gris (we have had over 100 variations of Frontenac wine and this was by far one of the best!). The charcuterie board was a nice complement to the wine.
I went to Elmaro specifically to buy a gift basket. Sandra was amazing. She helped me choose the perfect wine, chocolates and glasses. I felt like a friend was assisting me to make the best choices.
