We called and placed an order for 3 ice cream cakes 3 days before we needed them. They created custom colors and custom florals so they all coordinated. The owner personally helped carry them to the car. She was so excited and grateful that we chose her location for our cake needs. They were beautifully done and enjoyed by all of our guests. I highly recommend the UG location!
This place is fantastic! Though I live in Rochester and there is a store closer, this is worth the drive.

Ordered a 2 double cheeseburger combo
Neither burgers were made to order, missing additional toppings.
The bacon was added to the wrong burger.
The other was meant to have bacon and ranch put onto it. That did not occur
The only thing that WAS correct, was the flamethrower sauce on the 1st burger
& the substitution of American cheese for pepperjack cheese on the 2nd.
Very disappointing, I’d hope the employees...
