The Schuh Factory Food & Spirits is a hidden gem where you can find amazing pizzas, especially the Corn, Hawaiian, and BLT pizzas, along with excellent seafood like the perch blue gill special and the seafood platter. The staff is super nice and accommodating. If you're a vegetarian, don't miss out on their delicious Mac n cheese without meat. Despite being short-staffed, they still manage to serve great food like the sausage and pepperoni pizza, which is reasonably priced at $8, or the Stuffed Shrimp with generous portions. The portions are generous, and everything is cooked perfectly, from the tender chicken to the medium bacon. Wheelchair accessibility is also a plus, with a nice ramp available. A must-visit spot for a satisfying meal in Valders, whether for pizza or a Friday night fish fry!
