Por lo regular, soy muy muy delicada cuando se trata de la comida mexicana. No me gusta si no es fresco, o si tiene mucha grasa, y si tiene paquetes de sazón, se me enchina el cuerpo y me da un dolorón de cabeza que no aguanto (literal, porque le tengo alergia al glutamato monosodico). This place is amaaaazing. No, really. As a vegan household with limited options for restaurants in the area, we are adding this place to our regular rotation. I have tried the tacos and burrito bowl so far and they do not disappoint. The chips and guac are great, too. The tofu is not too spicy, which I often encounter at places like Chipotle and Pancheros.
