“Today was an awful day. My truck decided to break down right in the middle of the driveway! I went inside to talk to someone to see if there was anyone that could help me push it into a parking spot. Melissa Gabrielson, the GM was absolutely amazing! She was kind, understanding, and just went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable as I was panicking. She gathered up a couple of guys to helpme push it out of the way, told me it was OK to leave it there until I could get someone to pick it up, talked to me and distracted me to help calm me down. We were able to figure out how to drive it home, thankfully. Melissa, thank you so much. I will never forget your kindness. Please, thank the guys again for me.
