“Absolutely delicious food, I ordered the fried chicken on a bun, and it was AMAZING, the best I've had in a long time! And the fries came out hot too! I also loved the atmosphere - bunches of little tables with friendly chatter and happy servers. “Went on a Friday night for fish fry and it was pretty good. Nothing over the top, or anything that will blow you away, but its better than some of these other local family restaurants thats for sure. They have a decent selection on their menu, and the wait for anything take out is pretty quick if you choose to grab something on the go. I have stopped in about 5 times since I learned about the place and i haven't been disappointed with any of the food i ordered. My hats off to the owner as he's normally the only one cooking, at least he has been the only one cooking every time iv stopped in, usually Friday's for fish fry. He definitely has a passion for cooking and that’s something you don't see often with restaurant chefs anymore. He will personally come to your table to greet himself and to ask how your food is to your liking! Thats the passion im talking about, and he seems to really care about his customers. Iv seem so many restaurants come and go over the past 20 years in that location because they just dont make enough to keep in running. If anyone deserves a successful business to stay open it would be the current owner as he’s a great example of how a business should operate and interact in a smaller town. Every customer is so crucial to his success and the effort he puts in for each customer to ensure satisfaction is definitely off the charts.”

“I love this place. Great doughnuts at very reasonable prices. Excellent seven layer bars. My husband loves the sugar cookies and my son loves the chocolate long johns. It's so neat that they also have ice cream. The ice cream is really good. The prices are great for that also. Plenty of parking on the street. I actually like this location much better. My favorite thing about Hartman's is that they are open on Sundays. Most bakeries aren't these days.”

The bourbon meatballs, gorgonzola stuffed mushrooms, water chestnuts wrapped in beacon, spinach cheese spanakopita and assorted desserts were a huge hit. “I'm a local who has always heard their food was good but have never gone. Went tonight for their Thurs night $2.50 burgers, with the adult kids. We were not disappointed! Drinks were good & friendly bartenders! Had plain tater tots, delish! We will be back for tater bowls and more!”

“Growing up in the area my parents and I were curious to see The Hub Studio Cafe as we remember going to Laacks when the grocery store was still there. This is a small space designed for small gatherings - I wouldn't recommend bringing your party of twelve for lunch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. You order at the counter - I'd love to see this switch to table service but understand that staffing may prevent that. The food was delicious. My mom and I both had the Moo Melt - great blend of flavors, lots of cheese. Possibly a bit too much cheese as it overwhelms the beef. My dad had the Chris' Lunch Sammie and thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband had a cup of soup and a salad and enjoyed both. We finished our meal with the salted caramel white chocolate chip cookies - don't skip these! Overall this was a delicious meal and we would stop again. I do think the prices are a bit high for the location; lunch (three sandwiches and a cup of soup/salad) for four people without anything to drink besides water was over $60. This is Johnsonville and that seems high for the area. It won't stop us from going back but it is something to be aware of before you go.”

“Employee Jack brought my order out to my car for my mobile order and he was the most kind and respectful worker I have seen at this location. He greets you with a hello and a smile, and reads off your order to make sure that everything is correct. Very impressed with his customer service skills and genuine kindness! Definitely deserves a raise or a promotion!!!”

Kinda wish Big Billy’s was around when I lived here but at the same time I probably would have been here every damn day. Hands down some of the best food in Sheboygan county! “Every year our tradition on Halloween consists of trick or treating in Cascade and picking up a bacon cheeseburger pizza from Nevvo’s Pizza after we finish. Their C/B Pizza is absolutely amazing and unique to their restaurant. Their little shopfront is very cute and a nice addition to downtown Cascade. Very professional looking place and great service. They also have Cedarcrest ice cream for sale in their store. I love this place and so does my family.”
