Stopped in today on a random road trip Sunday. Had a bourbon flight of their high rye bourbon, double barrel bourbon, and cask strength wheated bourbon. All were very tasty. Our skilled mixologist also crafted an amazing gin cocktail for my wife that she enjoyed very much. Had a great time and will be back.
We were a the Stillhouse a couple years ago. It was a good experience, but we just don't happen to go to many bars to drink. (but they do have a few food items).
However, we were at the Waterford River Rhythms concert last night and they were there serving cocktails with their products. Super friendly people, and the prices were reasonable. Got myself a perfectly made Bourbon Old Fashioned Sweet.

This excellent venue has been around for a while, but my first time visiting, and I wish I had gone sooner! The drinks are creative and delicious, homemade bitters and syrups make all of the difference. Hand cut ice cubes, fermented rhubarb syrup, cardamon essence to create a perfect flavor experience, the list is endless. Kevin is doing an amazing job of making Waterford a better place! Oh, and the barrel aged vodka… I didn’t see that coming, but left with some to enjoy at...
