Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
Great experience at IHOP Applebees! The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and everything was clean. Our server was very attentive. We’ll definitely be back!
We came on day 3 after opening. We waited for about 20 min to get seated ( as expected). Staff was friendly and very attentive, food was good. Happy to go back!

IHOP offers a great dining experience with delicious food and friendly, attentive service. The restaurant is clean, and staff are welcoming and helpful, especially towards older customers. Customers appreciate the variety of new items and the overall atmosphere. While most visits are positive, occasional disruptions like scenes at nearby tables can happen, but staff handle them well. Overall, IHOP is a place for good food and good service.
