Absolutely fantastic food truck all around! The owners make great conversation and are very kind. The prices are fair. And the food, man, the food is killer. The empanada I had was genuinely cooked to golden brown perfection, just like you see on cooking shows like food network, expect they don't need to Photoshop like food network does! I cannot recommend this place enough.
Could not recommend this food truck any more passionately than I am now! Holy happy taste buds, Batman, this food is divine and the gentleman cooking and serving is so incredibly kind and friendly! I didn’t know Venezuelan food before, I still have a lot to learn, but I’m excited to get myself educated through Dahlia’s Bistro as often as possible!
Amazing Venezuelan food! Tried them at the Menomonee Falls Farmers Market on Sunday. The cheese and beans, and chicken empanadas are delicious and their green sauce complements everything in their menu!
