They were out of two of the three things I ordered. Since I ordered ahead they gave me awful substitutions. The donut was stale. The gas station down the road has fresher donuts. The Munchkins were supposed to be on a skewer. That was the whole point of me getting them. The substitution Munchkins were just thrown in the bottom of a bag. It was a wasted trip. I'm tired of the bait and switch that seems to happen a lot at this location when I order in the app. They should have a way to tell me they are out of things before I get there.

Disappointing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese today and only realized until later that there was no cream cheese on it or in the bag. The price difference between a bagel and bagel with cream cheese is $1.70. I don't want to come back if I'm being charged for something I'm not getting. Usually their coffee is ok, but about three weeks ago I got a coffee in the evening and it tasted burnt like it had been sitting out all day. It was not drinkable.

The rush make your drinks, the female that worked this morning 3/20/24 is rude as heck she shouted at me to take my drink in a hurry up fashion as I was putting my money away. And then slammed the window. Then as I continued to put my money away she opens the window and said “is there a problem!?” Like “no I’m just putting my money away.” There was no one behind me in line.I have given this Dunkin chance after chance because at one time I loved Dunkin.. about 6 months ago the served me drinks for 3 days in a row, two of which the first days I said the lattes didn’t taste right. They kept acting as if I was crazy and they were doing everything the same. On the 3rd day an employee told me their espresso machine had been broken for a week and they were brewing espresso In a coffee maker. I came back with the three days worth of receipts, the info had been told, asked for a refund due to the deceit and they refused and said Dunkin doesn’t do refunds. I called corporate and they said they would follow up with the store and get back to me. That’s as far as it went.I tried them again today and the coffee seems better but the service was HORRIBLE!!There is Starbucks in target, Einstein bagel, McDonald’s would even be better than this place!

Today was the third time over the last couple of months that I’ve tried to order a hot chai latte, every single time I’ve gotten my order, it’s cold. Not like iced, but it’s like the steamer isn’t heating my drink, just making it foamy. The employees are usually nice, but I’ve given up on going to this location, something is off about my drink every single time.

Friendly service. Arrived 15 mins early for my scheduled online order, and though no order received yet on their end, they happily put it together for me. They did ask to see evidence of the order. I then ask for a cup of hot water. I had just arrived at Dunkin from a 40 min walk in 15 degree weather, feeling like 6 degree with the wind chill. And though not cold from the brisk walk, was thirsty. That would be a $1 charge for the water they said. Same for cold water. It should be noted that there was no extra charge for napkins, Wi-Fi, or bathrooms. They even have convenient electrical outlets free for use. So be sure to BYOW. (Edit: On my way out after submitting my review, they were able to provide water (anyway I would like it) at no change if I provided the container, which I did, having a water bottle on hand.) No doubt policy, and maybe systemic, but just leaves a bad after taste. Relatively clean, this time smell was ok, but been to this location before when there was a strong burnt smell in the air that persisted at least for my length of stay, 15 minutes.

Walk-in customers are automatically de-prioritized, expected a wait, however after Watching every order but mine get completed for an hour, I was ready for a refund, when I went to get it, the end of my order was finally ready. New review from 30 minutes ago with picture. Would you believe the three faintly pink frosted donuts are supposed to look like the bold color next to it? And the why do they all look sweaty? It’s 50 degrees and raining so not like it’s hot out. Stale donuts, muffin is very dry. The date labels for everything are all blank so I’ll guess it’s day old everything and gross as heck. Yet again spending $35 to be disappointed. Good service but the food is ridiculous.4 years ago, my initial review:I orded two hot drinks, I got them and they were cold as if it wasnt warmed one bit. Went back and he remade them but brought them up and couldn't remember what I ordered again. Latte and americano. He screwed up the names the first time and this remade time. Not sure who my americano was whipped but I guess it's different everywhere. Slow service like they are always missing a person or two. Someone did a mobile order for two coffee drinks and she had to wait a good 10 minutes still. You can order ahead but it's ever ready. I would rather go to Caribou a little further away than here.

Ok so today (Oct 26 2023) so me and my aunt and her 2year old daughter went to the Dunkins donuts today and we walked there and when I opened the door to this place and it looked sad af and one employee was on his phone and he wasn't paying any attention to my family and when my aunt got her a bagel but she asked for NO EGGS and the employee put eggs on it and the bagel was hard as a stone rock and it looked nasty (look at the picture) and the DONUTS were tasteless no flavor what do ever and my aunt's daughter got her order messed up the daughter got a baby bag of donuts and it was supposed to be chocolate donuts all chocolate no vanilla and the man give her some vanilla and she didn't want to eat it anymore and when i asked for water the girl employee was making a drink for herself and if u wanted to work here it says in the rules don't have your phone out while working and not making themselves food or drinks and i got a water bottle and it wasn't really cold I don't recommend GOING HERE they have bad food that will give you food poisoning and u will probably go to the hospital so don't go here.
