Disappointing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese today and only realized until later that there was no cream cheese on it or in the bag. The price difference between a bagel and bagel with cream cheese is $1.70. I don't want to come back if I'm being charged for something I'm not getting. Usually their coffee is ok, but about three weeks ago I got a coffee in the evening and it tasted burnt like it had been sitting out all day. It was not drinkable.
The rush make your drinks, the female that worked this morning 3/20/24 is rude as heck she shouted at me to take my drink in a hurry up fashion as I was putting my money away. And then slammed the window. Then as I continued to put my money away she opens the window and said “is there a problem!?” Like “no I’m just putting my money away.” There was no one behind me in line.I have given this Dunkin chance after chance because at one time I loved Dunkin.. about 6 months...read full review

They were out of two of the three things I ordered. Since I ordered ahead they gave me awful substitutions. The donut was stale. The gas station down the road has fresher donuts. The Munchkins were supposed to be on a skewer. That was the whole point of me getting them. The substitution Munchkins were just thrown in the bottom of a bag. It was a wasted trip.
