Not a fan of chains but we will be back. Outstanding on all fronts, very filling. We got a Detroit style and a hand tossed, both were really good with the crispy cheese on the edge on the D, fresh ingredients too on both. The cheese bread was excellent. A bit sweet on the sauce and somewhat salty on all items but we can over look those things for quality, service and cleanliness. And the price, $36.00 for everything that fed 4 of us. Glad we tried it!
There is always a formula, for franchise restaurants, that needs to be followed. Inconsistencies can lead to issues with taste and consistency. Bread/crust consistency is difficult to control.
That being said, 4 stars is the most I can give for ANY deep dish OR pan crusted pizza. Three visits ago it was a perfect experience. This last time the deep dish was almost wet in the middle.

First of all, it's a take away joint. Clean and bright. Now the food. Heard of Detroit style pizza but never had one so I ordered a Jet 10, 8 corner pizza, and Greek salad. I'm not a fan of deep dish but, Jets was different. The crust was crunchy all the way through. Liked it. Coulda used a little more on the toppings but, an enjoyable eat. Greek salad was very good, lots of tomatoes etc.etc.etc. I was passing through Waukesha but, Jets would be a repeat for take away...
