This one was a tricky one for me because this review is essentially coming from all the guests at my wedding, because on the night of, I only got like 3 bites of food haha. I attended an event and had the opportunity to try the smoked chicken and cowboy beans and WOW, just wow!! The chicken, unsauced, was slow cooked for hours to such a juicy & flavorful perfection; a must try. As a caterer, I find myself a bit picky but this cuisine was above and beyond exceptional and the service was stellar. I highly recommend this team! You will not be disappointed.
Javier and the team did such a great job at my wedding!
