I regret rating this so poorly but the wait was beyond-we ordered at the kiosk-it took over 18 minutes and the only reason it was speeded up a bit was because I asked for my receipt (that did not print out). No napkins, no containers to get ketchup, Dr. Pepper dispenser needed changing counter area was dirty... There were at least 7 people in the back fooling/standing around without being reprimanded to get to work, and we had to clean our own table. I also heard another customer...

I prefer this McD's over all other Waukesha locations. Friendly staff, hot food, and I have never had a bad experience over the years. So not sure why others have. However I am really easy going and understand some people are harder to please. Today was another reason why I prefer this restaurant. I had to wait just a few extra minutes in the drive-thru for fresh fries, no problem at all..they were hot, crispy, and delicious! Along with a McChicken and double cheeseburger...
