Not very happy, probably will not return unless it’s a different location, I was there at 8 o’clock shortly there after I was promptly told that there would be no more pizza or anything made because the kitchen was closing and to my knowledge that’s like an hour at least before closing time so nobody was gonna make me a pizza even though they offered when I walked in and I paid full price for basically nothing. My sister, daughter and I were there last night. Our first year without our Dad/ Grandfather and it was our annual tree outing. We sat and ate and stayed till close just sharing memories. The staff were so kind that we lost track of time. Thank you for an amazing meal and allowing us to create new memories.
Just left the Pizza Ranch in Waukesha, WI. I bit into raw chicken and asked an employee to let the kitchen know that it was undercooked. The employee says “yeah, we get probably 5 complaints a week about it, but it’s cooked.” I had them look at the visibly raw and pink chicken and they said it was cooked. The manager came over and said “it’s the preservatives from shipping, but it’s cooked. The kitchen checks the temperature to make sure it’s 135 before it goes out.”...read full review
