I had never been to this place and our family met at Rochester Deli recently. This is a quaint little restaurant with really great food. It’s sort or hidden downtown Waukesha from someone like me who just happens to be passing through the area. We were all able to find something to eat from the menu. There were small children in our group that had difficulty finding something to eat from the menu. They eventually decided on plain hotdogs.

I had never tried Rochester Deli although I've lived in the Waukesha area for over 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Rueben with extra meat and potato pancakes. The Reuben was very good and the potato pancakes was crispy on the outside and flavorful. The applesauce is made in house and very good. We also got the French silk pie and it was outstanding.

This deli does have a dine in seating with plenty of space. EAT THE DESSERT First! It's amazing! The chicken dumpling is so good! And the reuben has the perfect ratio of ingredients.
