Do not use buy on the app and pick up at the store. Even though they charge your credit card when you purchase online, they sell the item you already paid for and then don’t bother to tell you until you waste your time going to the store to pickup the item during the one hour window they specified. What a disgraceful way to do business. Sam’s Club Waukesha… you should be ashamed!
