Ordered a matcha green tea frap. Watery and no whip. The girl said "that's how it's made". 😒
Waited for over 20 minutes for 2 iced coffee. About 10 different people got their coffees some even remade before I got mine. I had to even go up and ask them where my coffee was. They had my cup pushed to the back of the counter with some liquid inside it. They dumped the liquid out and made my coffee. They were very apologetic but it was awful taste and experience. Unfortunate too because it's the closest one to my work.
Getting worried about Starbucks staffing and their policy that employees are expected to show up for work when sick (vomiting, diarrhea, cramps) unless they find a sub. Who wants that employee making and handing you your drink??!! Can we say "E-coli?"
I was told that if she does not show up, she will be held accountable when she does come in. Says Doctor excuse will make no difference. Called Corporate.
