I did order a medium-well NY Strip and had to send it back because it was rare. My second steak I received was medium-rare. Didn’t want to send it back a second time, but ruined the great time I was having.

Steaks were good ribs cold and tough I had to send my chop back it was as tough as shoe leather second one was good.
