I love this place. I was so excited when family moved to Waunakee and to find a “brand new” microbrewery in 2017. The beers are all good (IMHO). One of my favorite IPAs of all time is the Off The Rails IPA. The food is great. I love their deep fried cheese curds. The sandwiches are all good too.
Burgers and cheese curds were absolutely top notch. Beer was wonderful, but didn't get a chance to try a second since the food was out so fast. Not necessarily a bad thing, except that I had requested some time between the appetizers and the burgers and apparently that meant about 2 minutes.
For those visiting for the first time, the main entrance is on the side of the building towards the tracks; which is a little awkward but they do make it work well.

The atmosphere is fun, server excellent and the food mixed. My husband liked his burger and 5-year enjoyed her Kraft Mac & Cheese (can't go wrong). On the other hand, my chicken sandwich wasn't great - really small and, well, not great meat. We'll go back, I'll just have to order something else.
