It features a gift shop with random tourist items and crafts, an ice cream shop with homemade flavors, and a cozy coffee house with great views of the church and covered bridge. Visitors can enjoy a sandwich or hot beverage in the cozy corners or by the river. The staff is hospitable, and the food, including sandwiches and soup, is very good, although a bit pricey. The place keeps going on and on with displays inside and outside, including a small chapel just behind the buildings. Some visitors miss seeing the cat who used to greet guests near the bridge and river. The ice cream is one of the best, with weird but delicious flavors. It’s a cute little stop in the middle of the country, well worth the visit, though it could use a handicap walkway for easier access.
