Love this place, one of my favorite Biggys I have been too. Always friendly, and only one complaint, I wish they turned the fire place on in the colder months, lol. Definitely suggest the suba for something without coffee, and the bragels are

Used to get the Pink Panther smoothy type drink and they no longer carry it because they got rid of blackberry. They made it for me but substituted the blackberry for raspberry.

I was in the area and have never been to this coffee shop before, but I am saying I’m never going back again. It took so long to get my food and coffee and by the time it came out it was cold. I had also got a milk for my little brother and it was sour and had went bad. I am not too impressed and will be finding a nicer and more appropriate place to get my stuff, also I don’t understand why I paid close to 40$ for a milk and a coffee ( this is not a fake review like the company thinks, cause I was also a person who had called in cause there was a screw at the bottom of my cup)

French onion turkey cibatta was delicious. Hot honey vanilla latte was very good, too. Not too sweet. Biggby blows Starbucks out of the water.

Waited 25 minutes for coffee

Waited 8 minutes in the drive through to place my order, then spent 7 minutes in line waiting to pay, waited 5 minutes for my food. Then I sat there for another 8 minutes waiting for my drink just to find out that they missed my drink order. Sat and waited another 3 minutes for my drink. WAYYYYY to long of a wait and they weren't even busy!
I just left biggby coffee in rib mountain and I’m appalled. First I ordered my drink all was fine then they put out a cold drink… not what I ordered, maybe not mine. I waited till I was the last one in that place walked up to the pick up spot and asked if it was mine, she said yes, ok well I ordered a hot drink and this is cold. After she took the drink I waited for my correct order. After they put the wrong order on the counter not one of those girls paid attention to the fact it was still sitting there with no one claiming it… after I cleared up the mistake I was still in there lobby for another 15 mins… making it 25 minutes total waiting for one coffee… once I finally asked the girl where my coffee was they just looked at each other and didn’t say a word! So 3 minutes of what the hell is going on?! I’ll never be back and I’ve been coming since it opened even in Wausau.

The food and drinks are pretty good (if the employee knows what they're doing - and not all do). Unfortunately, the few good employees are overshadowed by the bad ones - a few catty girls who make you feel unwelcome by making faces, laughing, or commenting about you behind the counter when you ask for anything. Also, they never seem to clean anything. Tables are often dirty and floor has had same wrappers and debris for several weeks. This wasn't always the case, so I'm hoping things will improve again.
