The family who owns the restaurant is from Palestine and they are very enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly. The woman at the counter is always an absolute delight, greeting guests with the biggest smile and making sure every order is correct before sending customers on their way. This is the best customer service experience in Wausau.

The food is always fresh, consistent, and delicious. The gyro plate is great, with very tender gyro meat that is not overcooked and stuffed generously—easily two meals. The warm pita holds so much flavor and isn’t soggy. The chicken kabob has so much flavor, and the salad is crisp and fresh. Try the greek fries, which are very good and stay crispy even in a take home box. The baba ghanoush is to die for, and the jalapeño poppers are poppin’ with tons of cream cheese. The melt is flavorful. Portions are large with lots of options, even for picky kids.
