Their ice cream is the best ice cream I have ever had. It is very creamy and tastes very fresh best of all they give you a lot of toppings for very very cheap!!! Overall, would recommend!!!
Briq’s has always been my go-to spot. Back in the day my friend and I would go to the Mosinee spot weekly for ice cream dates. The ice cream is rich and creamy, and I love how generous the portions are. They have a 1lb cone, need I say more?! Grabbing a cone here is a tradition—it’s one of those little things that makes our community special.
I visit Briq’s a few times a year, every time I went this year they have been out of something. A few months ago it was root beer today it was coffee. Maybe I just have bad luck, but from now on I will be going to the Briq’s in Rib mountain.
