Friday fish fry was the mission. I ordered perch, 1/5. My wife had cod and that was 5/5! The Perch was not your typical yellow perch Wisconsin staple. I'm thinking it was ocean perch, or white perch. That would explain the menu name "perch". Also it was over-cooked. We like Brokaw Corners for fish/food. We'll be back but the "perch" is definitely off our menu...

I feel as though I am the queen of the perch fish fry and this is worthy of the Queen?The perch had the perfect light breading on it, the Fillets are huge and tender AND the price is unbeatable!Just moved to Wausau so this is Truly a great find and I am spreading the word?????
