went there tonight around 6:30 with my daughter, I don't know if the girl could hear me but I repeated my order a couple times. proceeded to check out. looked it my bag and it was wrong.she rolled her eyes and gave me the right donuts which was nice but the eye rolling and attitude was no necessary. Went to Dunkin because I wanted a Halloween cup. So I ordered a coffee, handed them the cup I wanted. Ordered a donut for my Grandson and 2 doggie donuts. I told the girl behind the counter 3(yes 3) times that they needed to charge me for the cup. Had she taken the earbud out of her ear (which in my opinion, your there to work not have an ear bud in listening to God knows what instead of your customers) things wouldn't have to be repeated.
